I have spent more than 10 years as a startup marketer creating strategic narratives that drive engagement, building branding and messaging across the marketing funnel, and leading public relations outreach to boost awareness and reputation. Much of that work for B2B SaaS clients has required forming a content strategy and calendar for everything from blog posts and whitepapers to social media messaging and press releases. While content writing is my passion, I also have vast experience pitching the media and leading analyst relations programs.
Content work
- When an industrial AI startup needed to fuel the customer pipeline and boost awareness, I worked with a designer to create a sales e-book to serve as the foundational piece of content. To drive downloads of the e-book, I created industry-specific landing pages, social media ads, and ABM and e-mail drip campaigns.
- This is an example of the SEO-optimized blogs I have written for logistics and supply chain startups that focus on an item in the news relevant to customers in order to place the company in the current conversation. Here’s another one.
- This whitepaper formed the center of a thought-leadership campaign, so I also wrote copy for emails, social posts and media pitches based on the ideas at the heart of the whitepaper.
- While at the trucking technology firm SMC3, I created product marketing content for this comprehensive solutions guide. Here is another example of my product marketing sales collateral for a warehouse automation robotics company.
- I also write columns for CEOs and other leaders. This piece, focused on AI in the supply chain, was published by the World Economic Forum.
I am also now focusing on content marketing for arts organizations such as the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, writing content like this piece on the young violinist Waverly Alexander as part of the ASO’s Spark campaign.
